Many of China's most famous brands of fountain pen were born in Shanghai and some are still producing here. We stock a selection of those currently produced but our real love is of those pens made between the 1960's and 1990's but never used. New Old Stock as they're known in the pen collecting community. We search high and low for these beauties and have quite an array. Penbbs ink company kindly produces a range of inks in many colours and in nostalgic packaging, including a range of famous figures from Shanghai history, so of course we have to stock those too.

To complete the circle we have made our own brand little red notebooks with paper particularly suited to fountain pen use. No excuse not to get back to basics and rediscover the art of writing.
