LOOP was launched in 2010 by a designer from New Delhi and a textiles expert from New York and the result is earth-friendly fashion that is responsive to local aesthetics and local challenges. After exploring several fashion ranges LOOP now concentrates on a sector of the market in which they excel, swimming costumes and beach wear made from sustainable materials. Their commitment to social and environmental sustainability has led them to innovate with fabric composition as well as design. The colours and patterns on their products are inspired by their research trips to different regions in Asia and their fabrics are manufactured from recycled soda bottles.
